I Bought an iphone from a website and got a clone version when i sent a complaint to paypal they said sorry we ony guarentee ebay users.

Then i sold a laptop on gumtree and posted it to the address given to me.

The guy refunded his money the second day and said he havent recieved the item i sent the original royal mail reciepts to paypal but they didnt wanna listen to me and refunded him the money while i got his signatures on the royal mail website tracker page..

paypal didnt listened to me at all and at last i told the customer services lady to go to sleep because if you can’t sort out my problem and dont wanna listen to me so better if you go to sleep.

PAYPAL SHOULDN’T ALLOWED THE BUYER TO OPEN DISPUTE ON SECOND DAY AND REFUND HIS MONEY.

I Had to pay my university fee till christmas so i sold my laptop and now because i couldnt arrange money on time, i am off from uni for 8 months.

Ok people if Paypal have caused you distress here is a cheap way to cause them some back …especially if you are a power seller …it takes one of there people a couple of days to get this in order …to their expense only costs you a tenner …ENJOY

I’m glad you posted this because there have been several occasions where I’ve received money, but haven’t been notified by Paypal. I guess the rule should be to just log in everyday and check it. A pain in the ass, but it’s the only way to be sure.

I asked customer service to send a test e-mail. I was told they couldn’t send it until after they got off the phone. I’ve waited a few hours and haven’t seen anything from paypal.

I think they want me to hang up because they don’t want to hear me complain that the mail isn’t going through.

I’ve missed two payment notifications and I was lucky to check my Paypal account directly to see what was going on.

I called and I was told they haven’t had any other complaints. I was told to contact my e-mail provider and find out what was wrong with their filters. They seem to let a lot of junk through and I’m tired of looking through the junk bin for Paypal e-mails. They don’t exist.

Paypal has a problem.
